How Does Group Coaching Work?

Group coaching is a combination of group and 1-on-1 coaching. All sessions are held virtually.

Group sessions meet for 90 minutes at a designated time each month. Group sessions include 45 minutes of expert education and 45 minutes of coaching to discuss goals and challenges, promote accountability and create action steps.

There are several monthly session options to choose from. See below for additional details.

Group Coaching Options

Option 1: Six monthly group coaching sessions (once per month) and three 1-on-1 coaching sessions (scheduled at your convenience)
$110 per month

Option 2: Six monthly group coaching sessions (once per month) and six 1-on-1 coaching sessions (scheduled at your convenience)
$165 per month

Both include biweekly check-ins by text or email upon request.

What makes a good candidate for group coaching?

  1. A commitment to your coach, yourself and your group for the full month coaching process.

  2. A commitment to keep everything discussed during group confidential.

  3. Willingness to actively participate, be respectful and foster a safe and inclusive environment.

  4. Showing up as your genuine and authentic self and embracing vulnerability and honesty.

  5. Willingness to share and receive feedback in a supportive and constructive manner.

  6. An open mind to different perspectives, ideas and experiences.
