Beth collaborates with her clients to help them identify their priorities for change that most align with their values. They work together to solve challenges, facilitate lifelong insights into strengths and reach goals.
Clients meet with Beth one-on-one or in a group setting. Sessions are conducted virtually in the comfort and privacy of your home or office. Coaching sessions are a time to discuss goals and progress, address roadblocks and learn more about themselves and their health.
